The Edward Lowe Foundation will host the students for a retreat at the Big Rock Valley facilities in Cassopolis, Michigan on Friday, March 20, 2015.
During this all-day visit, the foundation staff will talk about the history of the foundation, the purpose of the foundation, and how the foundation works with 2nd stage entrepreneurs. The talks will include information on economic gardening, which specifically pertains to building a community that allows startups to move into a more “mature” phase of development.
In addition, the staff will have the students go through several hands-on exercises to allow the students to experience what entrepreneurs go through on a Lowe Foundation retreat.
Our hosts at the Lowe Foundation:
- George Nelson
- Dino Signore
